YBR offers a free initial consultation for MDOs to establish both areas of potential weakness and any ungrasped opportunities within the organisation. After the initial consultation YBR will agree a proposal with the MDO to give the business the support it requires over both the short to medium term and longer term to strengthen those weaknesses or grasp those opportunities.
